Terms of Service

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Services in violation of applicable law.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Payments, renewals, and billing are handled by our third-party billing provider.
• Pricing, plan limits, and included features may change over time with reasonable notice.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations apply to future billing periods unless otherwise required by law.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services, including notes, contacts, pipeline entries, and documents ("User Content").

You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display User Content only as needed to operate and improve the Services.

You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights needed to submit it.

The Services may include AI-assisted features (for example, content generation or research assistance). AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by you before use.

You are solely responsible for decisions, actions, and communications based on AI outputs.

Except for User Content, the Services and their components, including software, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Services integrate with third-party providers (for example authentication, analytics, infrastructure, billing, and email). Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or misuse the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions).

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Max Prudhomme and Elmao Industries from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with competent jurisdiction in France will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
